DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS:

• If you are placing an order for a local delivery be sure to put the recipients name and address in the "shipping" area so we know who the flowers will be delivered to.

• Our regular delivery time is lunchtime/early afternoon.

• All delivery orders will be called in advance to ensure the recipient is home (unless it is being delivered to a business or a holiday like Valentine's Day or Mother's Day etc.). We know that you likely want to keep the order a surprise, but we believe that the worst kind of surprise is a non-delivery due to the recipient not being home.

• We only deliver to funerals on Sundays. If the holiday you are ordering for is on a Sunday (Mother's Day) or falls on a Sunday (Valentine's Day, Christmas etc.) the delivery will be made Saturday (the day before).
